Refund and Returns Policy
MOSTCOL 30-Day Return Policy
We want you to enjoy every shower with MOSTCOL. If something goes wrong with your order, we are here to help. This policy applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, with a return window of 30 days from the date you receive your items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return has been received and processed.
2. Returns
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible at support@mostcol.com.au if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:

Items returned more than 30 days after you receive your order

Change-of-mind returns

Items not in their original, unused condition with packaging and accessories

Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, accident, or improper care, including:

Normal wear and tear

Incorrect installation

Minor cosmetic flaws that do not affect normal use

Damage by animals or children

4. Return Verification
All return requests are subject to verification.
If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If your return is approved due to a product defect, transit damage, or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Return shipping is only covered if the product is faulty or if we made an error
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to complete their processing.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact your bank or card provider first, then email us at support@mostcol.com.au if needed.
